Canceling a Session as a Participant
Participants can cancel two hours before the adventure begins to automatically receive a full refund. Within the two hour window, no refunds will be given.
Once the adventure begins, the Aide will check-in each participant in the group and mark them as "here" or "no show". If you are unable to make it, please cancel as soon as possible to notify the Aide so they can plan accordingly.
Canceling a session as an Aide
The Aide can cancel any of their upcoming adventures up to two hours before the scheduled adventure. Whether it’s personal or weather related, we encourage you to message your participants directly to communicate the cancellation.
Three failed cancellations (cancellations not done at least 2 hours in advance) will result in the suspension of your account. The Adventure Aide Crew will notify you of your account suspension and conduct a review of your status.
