Adventure Description

We recommend being overly thorough with your adventure description. This allows participants to know exactly what they are getting into. Make sure to clearly state all aspects of your adventure, such as: a good workout, education, making friends, or just simply having fun.

MTB SLO 

This mountain biking adventure is designed to familiarize participants with the beautiful bike trails of Johnson Ranch and Irish Hills as well as provide proper techniques, etiquette, and individual goal assessments. (Personal equipment required) 

SUN SALUTATION HIKE WITH KILEY

Mindful intentions, conscious breath, and inner strength will ground us through our hike. At the top of the peak we will lay out our mats amongst the breathtaking view for some hilltop yoga and a guided meditation. 

CYCLING IN SOUTH COUNTY

Experience rolling hills, challenging climbs, and beautiful scenery. Average speed of cycling will be 12 to 15 mph. Coffee break destination halfway through the ride of 30 +/- miles.
