About the Crew

Adventure Aide was founded by Connor Woolpert in 2014 in San Luis Obispo, California. Inspired by a family that viewed adventure as a necessary part of life, Connor was determined to find a way to connect everyone who loves the outdoors as much as he does with those that seek adventure wherever life may find them. 

Joined shortly thereafter by Marketing Director Cassidy Seckman and Development & Operations Director William Vega, Adventure Aide's crew is up to 11 people committed to bringing the vision to life.

We believe in creating a place to share passions, connect individuals, and encourage discovery in order to inspire a more meaningful existence for us all.

Why?

For the most part, our favorite memories and moments have occurred outdoors, surrounded by people who share the same love for the outdoors. Adventure Aide is a way for anyone and everyone to experience those moments, whenever they want. It's all about connecting cool people and doing something unique together. Whether that means getting out of your comfort zone or taking time to re-center yourself, these are the moments that matter. 

Unlike most other app companies where screen time is most valuable, we are focused on creating a platform that you spend as little time on as possible. The idea is to create a streamlined booking process so you can get off your phone and out enjoying the world around you as quickly as possible.

Where we're headed

Currently, Adventure Aide is booking adventures on the Central Coast of California and this Spring we are expanding to include Santa Barbara and Ventura counties with plans to be serving Los Angeles by Fall of 2018.
